I have had a Cable replaced on my pushmower and it is for the pullback handle and the wire is too long?
How do I cut it to make it work without the metal nibs at the end that hooks to the Engine and to the Pullback bar or should I buy another one
Yep you got the wrong cable. There is no real way to cut it because the cable has the pressed ends on it. Be sure to take your model and serial number off the mower with you when you go to the repair shop.
