Which is the best value and most versatile card making gadget?
I am thinking of joining the craft club, but will only be able to afford one of the three gadgets on offer for joining. I am brand new to card making, and my attempts are currently rather haphazard. I have tried and like basic stamping but haven't got on to anything else yet.
Those on offer are:
xyron design runner (32.99)
xyron x410 (19.99)
sizzix sidekick starter kit (22.99)
Can any experienced card makers out there recommend which of these is the best value and would be most versatile to me. Any pros and cons would be great. Also, do any of these gadgets require expensive upkeep in order to keep them useful.

I don't think any of them are very good for a beginner. The Sizzix is useful but you will want to keep buying new dies.
I would advise you to spend your money on a Carl PRT100 trimmer instead. The different blades are still optional accessories but there are only a limited number ot them and you can ask for new ones as Christmas or birthday presents.
