I've forgotten taekwon doe?
I haven't been in taekwon doe for about 5 years now and I am starting to get into freestyle. I got up to brown belt but then dropped out. I don't want to join now, I just have forgotten how to do the basic kicks with good technique such as the side kick or crescent. Also, I don't recall teaching of combos, except for sets of forms we learned each belt we advanced. Could someone enlighten me please?
All of the answers you get - from here, the internet, or DVD's - aren't going to help you if you make a mistake, because you won't know when you've made a mistake. That's why there are instructors. If you don't want to join a school, then place an ad in the paper or somewhere, looking for a workout partner (hopefully, an experienced one).
