What would you do if paddling was still legal in schools (mainly for teens)?
I was watching the news last night that was talking about paddling and how the teachers would use like was practically a bat with tape wrapped around it (so it wouldn't break???).
Personally, if a teacher hit with with their hand, they might just get a punch in the jaw or a b**** slap across the face, but if a teacher hit me with that paddle.....to make it short, he/she would find themselves waking up in the hospital the next morning confused.
But what would you do if a teacher tried to paddle you?
Well, if the principal did that to me, he'd better hope their is a police and a paramedic there to save him. lol
And for "fun", more teachers would get beat up and in the hospital, and at my school, probably shot if they tried to "smack" kids.
Apparently, paddling is alive and well in a lot of states in the US.
There was the case of girls who didnt abide by a school dress code for prom recently and all but one of them opted to receive paddling as the punishment. The remaining one chose the suspension.
These are 17/18 year old being smacked on the butt with a paddle by the principle.
How inappropriate can you get?
I dont approve of the use of punishment at any level of schooling let alone for teenagers.
If you need to beat a kid for discipline purposes, then something has gone wrong.
And that's usually because the parents are too lazy to provide rules and guidelines at home.
If a teacher tried to paddle me, I'd stop it first of all.
Then I would tell my parents and try to do something about it.
