Spiritually speaking, if you had to free fall from the top of a very tall cliff inside a 2 metre x 2 metre box?
What material would you choose to make the box out of to ensure increased chances of survival? There is only hard earth and ground below the cliff.
Also, there is twenty seconds of free fall. What would you do during that period of time? Would you pray?
Hypothetically speaking, I'd call Commissioner Gordon to activate the Bat Signal to alert Batman of my predicament. After he arrives at the scene, I get Batman to call Peter Parker because I don't have his phone number. Batman informs Peter Parker that there is a photo opportunity of the ages about to take place and Jonah Jameson will have his undergraduate a*s for a snack if he doesn't get the minimum amount of pictures. After Peter Parker arrives, I inform him that I plan on jumping off of this cliff with nothing but faith to save me. I then take him aside to let him know that I know he's really Spiderman and I need him to do me a favor and make a 2mx2m box out of webs, but have the opening on the bottom so I don't actually hit the ground.
That being said, the material I'd use is Spiderman's webbing in the shape of an upside down box.
During those twenty seconds of free fall I'm just going to look down and aim for the box. If there is no box while I'm looking down, then I'll close my eyes and say some prayer-type words; Praising my creator and things of that nature. Though, right before the jump I'll say a prayer, so if I do die, I've personally acknowledged that G-d exists. If no one hears it, that's not a problem, G-d is omniscient.
I'll have no faith in Batman's ability to save me however. I'd entrust Spiderman with the knowledge that I'll die if he doesn't make that box in time. Hopefully that will inspire him to do something.
