How do you word an party invitation where the guests pay for their own meal at the restaurant?
It is a 55th wedding anniversary for about 20 people at a local Steak Restaurant. Entrees are from 10.99 and max at 35.00 and appetizers and salads are 6.99 to 10.99.

Some of you answerers are being such sticklers about the definition of "party" rather than answering this person's question ...
Here is how to word your invitation ... though if there are only 20 people, you don't really need to send invitations, just call them up and say:
"We are celebrating 55 years of marriage with a no-host dinner at Yummy Steak Restaurant, and would love for you to join us."
The key is to say that it is a no-host dinner 
I don't think Americans expect to have their food paid for when an event is held at a restaurant, only when it is held at a private residence.
