Cutting Tiny Perfect Circles?
I've tried sooooo many things to try and cut small perfect circles. I've tried using an craft knife, scissors, pen cutter with a template, and I still cant cut a perfect circle at the sizes I need. The problem I'm having is I need to cut small paper circles at specific sizes. ( 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm,16mm, and 19mm )
I've looked all over the web and I can't find circle punches or anything for that size. I've thought of purchasing a cricut die-cutter but I'm not for sure If it will cut my designs out at those sizes? Any information on what I could use or if anyone knows if a die cutter will let me put in my own designs and cut the circles at those sizes would be greatly appreciated!
