What websites are out there that can give a beginning scrapbooker good layout ideas? Also any ACTIVE message boards for scrap booking. I am a beginner and also don't have all the $$ to spend on things like the cricut and all that...I just want to get some BASIC scrap booking ideas for a beginner!
